The transportation industry is being challenged to accelerate project delivery of Road and Bridge projects to unprecedented scales. P3 is an alternate project delivery method in wide use globally for typically large transportation projects. The keynote session will provide the owner, consultant and contractor perspective of P3 as we look at project development approaches, risk management & sharing, resources, lessons learned regarding finance  and technical expertise.  European P3 models will be discussed and the AASHTO scan trip to Europe & Australia  in 2008.
